Welcome to the 1983 Topps Blog!

Inspired by the work of the 1988 Topps blog and the new 1984 Topps blog, it's time to pay tribute to my favorite set, the best baseball card set of all time and the focus of the coming 2032 Topps Heritage set... the 1983 Topps set.

More info to come soon!

Hey Chris, if you're still interested in doing those Goose Joak originals, I've got all 60 templates ready to go:

I know you were interested in the Mets, and Paul from Paul's Random Stuff really got on the ball with those (he's done 28 cards already). I was trying to think of something creative that you might enjoy. Maybe you'd be interested in doing cards of former Mets who are now with other teams, as well as those who still might sign with other teams (such as Pedro)?

If that interests you at all, or you want to pick another team, work out something with Paul, anything -- just let me know! Otherwise I know you have plenty going on with a newborn and such, so I completely understand. Thanks again.
